Rama Naidu

Naidu has been in senior leadership positions for the past 30 years and has been on a leadership journey both personally and organisationally that can best be described as a quest for authenticity in a world that is obsessed with “quick fixes” and “six easy steps” to do almost anything. A trained and certified Gestalt organisational Development and Leadership Consultant Rama has conducted numerous personal mastery workshops both locally and internationally. He is also a holistic healer and spiritual seeker and best describes his life as being a quest to find out who he really is and what his work is in the world. His work has evolved to provide a more holistic approach to personal mastery involving mind, body and spirit.
